My name is Eric. First of, I'm not a trained professional nor am I any personal trainer. I'm starting this blog to document my personal exploration and experiments on high-intensity workouts that works great in losing weight and gaining lean muscle mass.
I used to patronize the gym religiously but somehow or rather, I was not achieving the results that I longed for. I am not burning the fats and gaining the lean muscles that I longed for. What am I doing wrong?
I started researching on how to lose weight effectively and what I found out was overwhelming. I realised that what I had been doing was wrong and it is more damaging than beneficial to my weight loss goal.
I changed my workout routine and I am satisfied with the progress so far. My weight started to drop and I feel stronger.
So I decided to start up this blog to share my journey.
