My Workout Routines



My workouts are done at home and I keep it to full body intense workout. High-intensity full body workouts activates your body to burn more fats even when you are sleeping.  I usually spend not more than 15 minutes per workout session. Trust me, after 15 minutes of high-intensity workout, you will like exploding.

I have a few home-workout routine that I follow which I alternate daily. Why? I want my body to keep 'guessing' what to expect and not get into a plateau stage doing the same routine daily.


Workout #1
Equipment needed: Maybe an exercise mat and a chair for your tricep dip
Instructions: Try doing each exercise as fast as you can and repeat for 15 minutes.

10 x Air-squats
10 x Sit-ups
10 x Jumping push-up Burpees
10 x Tricep Dips
10 x Alternating lunges
10 x Push Ups


Workout #2
Equipment needed: Exercise mat
Instructions: 3 sets of Jumping push-up burpees, end of with plank

Jumping push-up Burpees (30sec x 6 sets with 10sec interval)
Planking (60 seconds)
